Yes absolutely. In 'My Cards' click the copy button next to the card you wish to duplicate, then click edit against the new card. Repeat this process for each additional card required.

We accept .jpg and .png files and recommend your images are no smaller than 800x600 pixels. Please keep file sizes less than 800KB with an ideal resolution of 300 dpi.

We use high quality Fotodek standard credit card size cards made from white premium grade 760 micron PVC plastic which conform to the ISO/IEC 7813 standard. They are 0.76 mm thick have rounded corners with a radius of 3.18 mm and measure 85.60 x 53.98 mm (3.370 x 2.125 inches).

Your ID card is intended to be seen! Normally we expect this would be displayed on the torso using a breakaway lanyard or clip, and cardholder as preferred. When not in use it should be stored away from abrasive materials or sharp objects as these can scratch the protective laninated layer. It can be cleaned as required with a soft damp cloth but avoid any harsh chemicals.  Where cards are likely to be exposed to higher levels of wear and tear, chemicals or abrasion, for example more physical roles, a fully enclosed cardholder is recommended.

Yes you can design and order ID cards on most devices.

Yes we can, however due to the printing method our card printers are sensitive to dust and blemishes, therefore we can only accept blank cards still sealed in their original packaging.

No, you'll only ever pay for the cards you need, however if you expect to order frequently or require higher volumes in the future you may prefer our managed ID card service.

VAT invoices are available by clicking on the reference number in the “Orders” section when logged in.

Yes we do. These orders are dispatched using Royal Mail International Tracked or Sign For services.
Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.

Check the status in 'Orders'. If it shows as pending you can edit your card, however please ring or email us straight away to advise of any changes made.

Yes you can. Simply log in and go to the 'My Cards' section, where you will find all the cards you've created.

It is indeed. Use the drawing tools in the card designer to create a shape background then select your preferred colour.

No, you can design and order one card or as many as you need.

Based in the UK we are open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm GMT. We are closed on bank holidays and weekends.

We dispatch all orders by Royal Mail First Class post which takes approximately 1-2 working days. We also offer a next working day courier service which delivers between 8am and 6pm GMT.

A proof of your card will be displayed in your basket or can be found in the 'My Cards' section of your account.

Yes we only stock accessories compatible with the cards we produce.

We do offer a Design Help service, which includes one printed card and instructions on how to create more. See Design Help.

Yes you can.  Simply upload your .png file into our card designer and resize to fit. Your print ready template needs to have a resolution of 300dpi and be less than 800KB in size.  However for an easier and more flexible solution use our designer to create your first card design, then copy and edit this for any additional cardholders.
