The Care Show took place on 9th and 10th of October 2024 at the NEC at Birmingham, and we were right in the heart of it all, cementing our commitment to supporting the healthcare sector.
The atmosphere was fantastic as always, and our team felt right at home, interacting with individuals who share our passion for care.
We handed out 900 merchandise packs which allowed us to connect with people on a personal level, with our “Brew and Biscuits” being particularly well-received.
This year we introduced QR code quote forms to simplify the pricing process. It was rewarding to see how this one change made it easier for our customers to access information with ease. Feedback has been incredibly positive, reinforcing our ambition to create innovative, user-friendly solutions that are effective for our customers.
Our new stand displays were a highlight. Not only did they look fantastic, but they also allowed us to focus on engaging with attendees, sharing our mission, and showcasing our industry-leading ID cards.
In both residential and domiciliary care, ID cards provide essential reassurance. They play a crucial role in establishing trust and security, ensuring that care providers can be easily identified. Sustainability matters to us, too. We’re exploring ways to reduce our reliance on printing by outsourcing. This move aligns with our commitment to the environment and resonated with many care providers who share our values.
Already, we’re seeing results from the event. We’ve seen our first customers use our new ID portal to order their photo ID cards, a testament to our team's hard work and the demand for our products.
